HEALTH - 5 Steps AFTER Xmas!




I'm sure a bunch of you had a wonderful CHRISTMAS! Part of the magical celebration is the feast! Which is incredible at the time buuuuuuuuuuuuuuut not so much after! 

You want to GET BACK INTO SHAPE! GET HEALTHY! GET FIT! 

Here's FIVE STEPS on how to do it! :) 

1. Finish up those Xmas nuts left on the table! They have protein in them that you need for energy packed with nutrients good for balancing the body fat!

2. After you get home from work, or even using those 10 minutes of free time (if that doesn't exist for you, make the time!!!), do 20 sit-ups, 3 times! It'll burn off that muffin-top! 

3. Leg lifts! Workin your legs, as well as your abs u need that multifunctional exercise.

4. Eat 4-5 servings of veggies or fruits! Healthy alternative from those holiday cookies, it'll get you full before you crave those treats! Have one or two as a treat afterwards ;) 

5. Don't forget your arms! Work them out by shovelling!! If you don't have snow, well carry those gifts over your head and do 20 squats, 3 times! ;)



That's it guys! IF YOU DO THIS EVERYDAY FOR AT LEAST A MONTH, you will not only see a difference, but you'll FEEL A difference too!
